International Wedding Certificate with Apostille
We take care of everything our clients need to obtain their ‘International Marriage Certificate with Apostille’ which you can use to register your marriage in virtually any country in the world.
- We will arrange an appointment to obtain the wedding license, a document required to get married in New York.
- We will take care of the translation of divorce certificates if necessary.
- We provide an officiant to perform the wedding ceremony, who is recognized by the City of New York.
After your ceremony, we take care of everything that is required to obtain your International Marriage Certificate with Apostille, which you can use to register your marriage in virtually any country in the world. Your personal presence after the wedding is not required for this. We will send the document to your residence in your country.
Good to know:
The wedding license only allows you to get married after a 24-hour waiting period. Both partners must be present in person to obtain the wedding license. You will need your passports and, if necessary, translated divorce decree(s). Birth certificates, or other additional documents are not needed. Nationalities are not relevant for the process.
The license can only be applied for on weekdays. If you decide to book us, this is your only office visit in New York. We take care of everything else that is required.
